]]> Those who have attended Connor’s masterclasses before know you’re in for a real treat.  During the demonstration Connor will show you how to prep and cook the dish, giving you the background information on the provenance of the produce and talking you through each cooking technique.

The event starts at 11.30am and includes a two-course lunch.  One of the courses will be the dish from the class.  The price per person is £45.
